The Cheesecake Factory - Leesylvania

We had a wait which was to be expected. Started with one waitress but it was a shift change so we had a second one. She apparently didn't want to work that day. She was monotone and had no enthusiasm at all. She didn't serve our food and only came back once with water, Never checked on how our food was. She offered a dessert menu and left for a bit. Came back took the other and then brought desserts one at a time.

We recently visited The cheesecake Factory and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait for over an hour before being seated. When I politely asked the hostess for an update, she was rude and dismissive, telling us we still had to wait.When we tried to speak to the manager, they were unhelpful and refused to listen to our concerns. We were shocked by the lack of empathy and professionalism. After waiting for over an hour, we decided to leave without even being seated.The complete disregard for our time and the rude service was unacceptable. We will not be returning to this place and would not recommend it to anyone. It's unfortunate, as we had heard good things about the food, but the service was a deal-breaker.

This location has REALLY gone down hill. The food is salty, they dont care when you want to return it or get something else. Zero comp, credit or empathy.....and p.s. $18 for a simple mixed drink is RIDICULOUS. PUT PRICES ON MENU SO PEOPLE ARE AWARE TO AVOID!!! Manager and server also lied that they took something off my bill ....they didnt and after 45 min of waiting I gave up. The booths were also dirty as was bathroom.....WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE DOWNHILL SLIDE?!?

Ate at this Cheesecake Factory for the first time in several years. The food was good. Not Great but not bad. The service was slow and even that was OK because we knew it was a Friday night and expected it to be a little slow. The atmosphere gets a 1 though. Dining area was a mess. Tables sat with dirty dishes waiting to be cleared. But the WORST part was the ladies room. All 4 trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. The handicap stall that also had the diaper changing table had changing pads and dirty diapers falling out of it. Soap dispenser was out of soap. Pretty sure that bathroom would not pass a health inspection. Gross, gross, GROSS!!

Dinned here last night and it was a great diner, great service and food, had a mushroom burger and couldn't finish, the calamari was light and tasty!
