Papa Johns Pizza - Leesylvania

Ordered Papa johns delivery from this location. The pizza came sealed. After a few bites, we noticed there was mulch/wood in the pizza (see photo). We think this happened at the store, and we left a complaint online. No contact back from Papa johns about this quality issue, so we figured we'd post this here to give others a heads up.

I ordered pizza on the app, but I have no idea how the sauce changed from red sauce to ranch. I called the manager, and he was being rude. I asked him if he could change it, but the way he spoke to me was so disrespectful. I'll never come back there. I can’t even eat it because is so

Put in staff who speak Spanish, maybe that will improve your business.

The food was late, the driver actually gave me the wrong order and then went to the car to go get the right order because I let him know it was wrong period the food was quite gross. I used to love papa john's but I definitely can't say that

We have always come to this Papa John’s, and we will always come back because the food and service is impeccable!! We had an especially great interaction with Manager Nicholas Dean who was above and beyond in customer service and helping with an incorrect order.
