In my last three or four visits, the waffle bowls I received with my ice cream were extremely stale—so much so that they bent easily. When I asked during my most recent visit if the waffle bowls were fresh, I mentioned my past negative experiences. I was told that the bowls were indeed stale, but they were still being sold to customers. Even the cones were stale. I have decided I will not return. Who wants to eat stale cones with their ice cream? The staff during my last visit seemed indifferent to the issue as well!

There was only one person working. The line was to the door. Thankfully, everyone in line was patient. I asked the one worker why she was working alone, and she told me the girl that was supposed to come at 3 was not there, nor was she answering her phone. The one girl working was doing a great job handling the place all by herself. She definitely deserves a raise. The ice cream wasn't frozen that well. It melted way too fast.

Went after dinner, out of a lot of flavors a lot of the rest were melting as if their freezer wasn’t working correctly. Ordered a milk shake and is was more like chocolate milk due to melted ice cream. Employees were more worried about what was music was playing. We have been there several times over past years and got great service, but this was not their best!

Delicious flavors and a wide selection of dairy-free options. They offer fresh cookies and cakes as well. The place is clean and has a wonderful aroma. Manager Tiffany is fantastic. There's an abundance of toppings and different cone varieties to choose from!

Cons: - The two female employees who attended to us were extremely rude. - One of them even had earbuds in and was completely disengaged while we were placing our order. - When we asked to speak with the manager, they said they would call them but never did. - They kept glancing at us to see if we were still waiting and only came back when new customers arrived, which felt unprofessional and immature. - After waiting about 10 minutes, we realized they hadn’t actually contacted the manager, so we decided to leave. Overall, despite enjoying the ice cream, we haven’t returned since and have no intention of going back. This was the worst ice cream shop experience I’ve ever had.
