Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Leesville

I’m not someone who’s difficult to satisfy; I simply want my food to be hot and fresh. Unfortunately, this restaurant did not meet that basic expectation. I genuinely regret spending my money here.

The ice cream was fantastic, but the fries and gravy were served cold. The restaurant was overwhelmed with DoorDash orders, and there was some tension among the staff as they argued with each other. If you're visiting this DQ, the drive-thru is definitely the quickest and most reliable option.

Super late review but my family and I dined in on 10/29/22. Service was outstanding. Food was great! Employees were very friendly and fast. Planning to visit again soon

I visited around 5:00 PM, thinking that the restaurant might be busier, which would mean fresher food—pretty logical, right? Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. The chicken strips were terrible; they tasted like they had been cooked in old, greasy oil and were hard as a rock. The fries were equally disappointing. To top it off, there was no toast served with my meal—what a letdown! I wasn’t a happy customer, especially considering that each chicken strip basket costs around $7-$9, and I ordered two. I definitely expected better from this Dairy Queen.

Typical DQ. It wasn't great but wasn't bad either. Passably clean in the dining room and bathroom. There were broken light fixtures in the dining room but that obviously has nothing to do with the food.
