I've visited this restaurant several times for business meetings, and I've always enjoyed the food, whether in the indoor or outdoor seating areas. The lunch staff is young but very enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile for customers. If you order the steak, I recommend asking for it to be cooked slightly less than your usual preference. I typically don’t make special requests, but I got mine cooked medium, and it was absolutely delicious.

I tried the grilled watermelon salad, which was quite unique and surprisingly filling. It felt a bit indulgent, too. While there is typically a dress code, the atmosphere felt more relaxed, like a casual bar and grill rather than a formal dining experience. The restaurant is located right on the golf course and is part of the country club, separate from the hotel’s main building.

We had lunch at Piedmont after enjoying a spa treatment, and Cesar was our server. One of the dishes we ordered had out-of-season ingredients, and Chef Vi personally stopped by our table to inform us. He kindly suggested a different dish that we absolutely loved! He then invited us to return for dinner as his special guests. Dinner was when the Piedmont team truly shined. Chef Vi and Antwon were incredibly personable and happy to chat, despite the busy Saturday dinner crowd and multiple birthday celebrations happening around us. We started with two appetizers: a Charcuterie Board featuring brie and Artichoke Dip. For our main courses, we enjoyed a perfectly cooked medium-rare ribeye and miso-marinated seabass. We finished with two desserts, both delightful, but the chocolate sin was worth every calorie! We were so pleased with the service that we plan to return for every special occasion in the future. A big thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so special—we can’t wait to come back, especially for that ribeye!

Nice lunch on the terrace with a friend. It was my first visit, though I live nearby. My grilled chicken slaughter was at least as good as anyone I had in the area. The chicken was juicy, and the fillings were fresh and tasty. The waiter was attentive and well advised by the shift manager. It was also cheap.
