Ledo Pizza - Leesburg

I've always enjoyed dining at Ledos, but my most recent experience was quite disappointing. Four of us visited on Monday night, and when we arrived, the restaurant was empty. Most of the tables appeared to have been left uncleaned for hours. We eventually found a clean table and settled in. The waitress came to take our drink orders, but her son was running around the restaurant, which was a bit distracting. When it was time to place our food orders, we had to ask for cutlery, plates, and other essentials. While the food was generally good, the Gyro was overcooked and tough. Although the waitress was friendly, we found ourselves having to ask for everything, which made it feel more like we were intruding in her home than being served in a restaurant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we won't be returning to Ledos for dining in.

We had a disappointing experience on Saturday night. When we arrived at the restaurant around 8:00, it wasn't very busy, yet the three empty booths were still dirty and we had to wait for one to be cleaned. We repeatedly asked for utensils and were eventually given plastic ones, as if we were ordering takeout. We tried to order lasagna and gyros, only to be informed that the restaurant was out of both. When our pizza arrived, the server mentioned that all the serving spatulas were being washed. The server seemed generally indifferent, even though we were the only table left by the time we finished. Additionally, the state of the restrooms made us question the cleanliness standards elsewhere in the restaurant. We've had good experiences in the past, so we're hoping this was just an off night.

For some unknown reason, the grills were turned off at 7:30, leaving only a limited selection of salads and pizza available. There was no sign on the door to indicate this, and we only found out after we had already ordered drinks. As a result, we ended up leaving without any food and headed to another Ledo's in Ashburn, where the experience was fantastic.

Ordered a medium deluxe pizza today (take out) and was very disappointed. Barely had any toppings on it and no bacon, which they specifically asked what type of bacon I wanted. Maybe a few mushroom and green peppers, pepperoni were there, almost like they gave me the wrong pizza. Definitely no where near the quality of other Ledo's restaurants in the area and not worth the $27(plus tip) I paid.
