City Star Family Diner - Leesburg

First time customer-party of two. Service was friendly. We asked our server what they sold the most of. Answer: comfort food and breakfast. Ordered breakfast. We waited 30 minutes and asked how long it would take since there was only one other table who already got served food, and a small group playing poker/ craps in the backroom. A group of two men showed up and received their food prior to ours after they waited only about 10 minutes. We asked a second time after 40 minutes in, and finally received our food 50-55 minutes after walking in. We asked the server why others received their food prior to ours. She stated that it wasn't her section. I will say the omelettes, potatoes, toast and drinks were great tasting and we were very happy with the food portion at a fair price. Based on food, service, cleanliness, our total score I would give this establishment is a 3.5. This establishment including the bathrooms needs some TLC to spruce it up with dust/dirt, touch up paint, musty stagnant smell, and dirty tables.

I'm staying at a hotel in the area next door to Ruby Tuesday. Due tue it being so close I go because after my work training I'm tired. However, everytime I go my the service and the food is trash. I come here the price is less and the portions are more. Mikayla my server today greeted me in a timely matter also attentive to my needs. It's only 2 minutes away from the hotel??. Thank God I stumbled upon this place.

This place is very outdated but the staff was friendly.The food was ok. I got the meatball Parm and there was more noodles than meatballs. I was better off just eating my clam strips appetizer. It wasn't worth the amount I paid.

I've been there several times. Food was excellent, staff was friendly and quick. Never had a dish that was served or cooked wrong. Plus the cost was reasonable!

The waitress was pitiful. She never came back until she brought the check. She brought my husband the wrong order. We told them when we left and did not leave a tip on our credit card. They took it upon themselves to put a $5 tip on our card. Will never go back. Lousy service. I must say that it looked like not all the waitresses were this bad.
