Chen's Garden - Leesburg

My boyfriend and I have tried several Chinese restaurants in Leesburg, but I haven't really enjoyed any of them until now. While searching for reviews, I came across Chen's, which had the first seven reviews all at five stars with fantastic feedback. So, we decided to give it a shot, and I must say, this place exceeded our expectations! We ordered four entrees and two soups for pickup, and every single dish was absolutely perfect. The woman at the counter, who took my phone order, was incredibly polite and went out of her way to ensure I knew how to find the restaurant. She was genuinely excited that it was our first visit and hoped we would have a great experience. I can't wait to return and let her know that we’ve found our go-to spot and that we were thrilled with everything we tried!

I always receive great service at this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I might visit a little too often! Everything is always fresh and tasty.

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times before and the food and service were generally satisfactory. However, tonight's experience was disappointing. When I called for delivery, while I was placing my order, they received another call and left me on the line. I could hear them taking the new caller's entire order, including parts of their credit card information. After they finished with that call, they returned to me, and I voiced my frustration about why they didn’t put the other caller on hold to complete my order first. They responded by saying I was taking too long. Frustrated, I chose not to continue my order, and they hung up on me. When I tried to call back, I discovered that my number had been blocked. This was a terrible customer experience.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a simple egg drop soup with fried rice, but received something completely different. I don't even eat pork, and when I returned to address the issue, the lady was very rude and didn't even apologize after admitting she had messed up my order. I will definitely not be returning.
