This is my go-to spot for Chinese takeout! The food is fantastic, and ordering from Tooo is a breeze. They have an easy-to-use online ordering system, and you also receive text updates on when your order is ready.

I felt compelled to write a review because I was upset to see a recent comment from someone who hadn't even tried the food. In my experience, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding as well. I was particularly impressed by how easy the online ordering process was. After having some really disappointing Chinese food recently, I was pleasantly surprised by how good this meal was. It definitely deserves a solid 5-star rating!

This is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. The quality of the food is excellent, the pickup process is very clean, and the prices are reasonable. My top choice is the Singapore street noodles, and you can request it without any specific protein apart from what's listed (pork, chicken, shrimp). They also have great vegetarian options.

Me and my boyfriend have tried a couple Chinese places in Leesburg and nothing I have enjoyed. I was googling reviews and Chen’s had the first 7 reviews to be 5 stars and great feedback so I decided to give them a try. This place was absolutely amazing! We had 4 entrees and 2 soups for pickup and every single one of our dishes was absolutely perfect. The woman working behind the counter and who took my order on the phone was so polite and accommodating to make sure I knew where the restaurant was. She was so happy to hear this was our first time and hoped we enjoyed it. I cannot wait to go back and let her know she has customers for life and that we were so happy with everything we had!
