Contribuiți la feedbackStaff is unprofessional and sometimes rude. Honestly varies by day. A girl had her headphones on while taking someone's order. Food is rarely exceptional- from undercooked or overcooked burger patties to soft, underseasoned fries. Drinks here taste odd.
Placed a mobile breakfast order, waited around 5 minutes at the window and was then given hot coffee after ordering iced coffee when I asked why they said they made the best substitution they could. Didn't tell me they were subbing an item or ask me what I wanted. POS service.
They weren't aware of the promotions they offer. I went in and ordered items from the app's special deal, but the girl at the counter refused to give them to me. This isn't my first time ordering, so they really need to train their staff better about what promotions are available.
The food was not fresh. My sandwich and fries were at best lukewarm, and the fries had a slight raw smell to them. The burger tasted like it had been sitting under a warming light for quite a while. To make matters worse, I noticed a double charge on my receipt. The staff were unable to provide a clear explanation for the double charge. I won’t be coming back here.
It's a Burger King that is reliably out of whoppers, onion rings, soda, etc. Not sure what is going on with their ordering or supply chain, but they have gone from being just another Burger King (you like it or you don't) to being an unreliable place to go get food. Fast food is by nature, required to be reliable and fast. This place fails in the reliability department.
