Auntie Anne's - Leesburg

I went to it and the store was very slow. It took me 15minutes to have my order and the wait was inside the store. The baking of the pretzels was extremely slow and the outcome was not very good. It is clearly because the dough didn't rest but rushed to the oven. I would say that it is one of the worst locations of Auntie Anne.

So they wouldn?t allow us to stand and eat our pretzels near the door and stay warm but they are inside making all of the food without masks on.

Ok so the mini pretzel dogs are ok every now and then. I can't complain about the food, but OMG the employees lack in manners. ZERO customer service experience, I feel bad for the owner, such a great location and all, today was my last visit to this location :

The worst Auntie Annie pretzel we?ve ever had. Cold, old and hard. Staff was barely paying attention. Would not go back.

You can't go wrong with an Auntie Anne's pretzel and the Planet Smoothie with it was an unexpected treat. Very nice employees at both.
