Olive Garden Italian Kitchen

Took my daughter for her birthday and service was absolutely a disgrace. We had to find our waiter every time we needed anything. He never refill beverages or offered any mints. And didn't even tell my daughter Happy Birthday. She had a crown on her head saying Happy Birthday and he just still have bad service and then try to steal a tip out my change back. Absolutely worst experience. Food was over cooked noodles hard shrimp hard and chicken over cooked. Bad service and bad food. I called olive garden and they took care of me. Happy to say I am pleased with the gift card and now my daughter is happy and hey I am too . Thank you ERIC from Olive Garden.

Wonderful service and great food. The calamari was recommended to me by my waitress, and it was fried perfectly where the batter was so light, I was not a big fan of the red sauce though. The meatball pizza bowl was pretty good. The salad was good as expected. The chocolate chunkin pumpkin cheesecake was delicious, a great balance between sweet and spice and good texture balance from the chocolate chunks, the cheesecake and the crust. Nikki was a great waitress and she couldn't have been better. 11/10 would recommend coming back.

I’ve ordered from this Lee’s Summit location several times now and each and every time has been delicious and cooked to perfection. I’ve even gotten their steak and it too was cooked perfectly both times I’ve ordered. Highly recommend this location, even for curbside pickup and delivery

We ordered a large catering order and I had a few modifications the website wouldn't allow. I called and the to go lady was on top of it and so friendly. When our delivery driver found out we were celebrating 2 birthdays she went back to the restaurant and brought back 2 desserts for the birthday girls! Sweetest thing ever! Thank you for the amazing service and amazing food!!

Teresa, our waitress was super sweet and the manager Chris was really kind. I enjoyed the meal, it was clean, everything came out quick and hot. The staff we had interactions with were so nice. After a second visit, Ally is just too freaking amazing. I'll visit again just for her. Enjoyable, sweet, fun, professional with exceptional service. Thanks Ally, you totally rock and are super awesome.
