Arby's - Lee's Summit

The quality at this location is going downhill. I've been eating Arby's for over 20 years, I had the WORST Arby's I've ever had at this place. The cheese sticks I ordered were so stale and cold they tasted like they were made the day before, not even joking. They were that bad..the sandwich I ordered — I order everytime I come to Arby's and it wasn't good either..and I usually love that sandwich at any location I've gone to. Curly fries were cold too. Eh. Food was less than warm, fries less than fresh.

Waited 15min in drive thru behind 2 cars for cold food, wrong drink with no ice. Watched 5 people walk away cause they never unlock the door on the south side of parking lot. This is not the first time, this place needs to get it's stuff together. I won't be back.

Tried the wagyu burger for the first time. The flavor was delicious only thing that kept it from a 5 was it had some hard scortched bits on it where it sat to long in the pan. Shake was awesome 5 stars on that. Drive through service only at this location the drive through lady was fast friendly and efficient. Will be back for another burger hoping for that 5 star experience.

This places sucks…just like tacobell across the street..trash ownership
