I have ordered from this place twice now and both times not only waited I arrive for 2 hours for my meal, but the second time that I waited 3 hours just to call and find out that the driver just went forward and said no one was at home and didn't bother me even knock at my door. I received no email that my order was canceled, and when I called, they offered no incentive to fix this. I'll never order from this place again. Too bad for you, I hope you're out of business.

This place is definitely going downhill. The last order I placed was wrong, recieved a credit of $8.99. Placed an order today and so far it 's over 40 minutes late, which is understandable because of inclement weather from yesterday. The problem is that the streets are fine now and I couldn 't even get a courtesy call that it 'd be over an hour late. When I spoke with the supervisor in Pittsburgh, Ks, she stated no discounts would be offered because of inclement weather . I would 've been perfectly fine with an apology and a 5% discount on a future order or even an $0.89 Sprite. I think I 'm more upset that they didn 't have the decency to give me a heads up so I could change plans and feed my children something different. I don 't NEED a discount, I need Pizza Hut to be a little more understanding. I order from them very often but Dominoes is starting to look a little more tempting.
