Mcdonald's - Lees Summit

It would easily be 4-5 if I wasn't greeted with AI at the drive thru. I get McD's maybe two times a year. So who cares if they lose me. But I think I'm not the only one that's gonna stop showing if Siri takes over order taking indefinitely. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Service for us is always a hit and miss. One day we go in and they get it perfectly right then next time they get order completely wrong and we are asked to pull over to a stall for awhile. Food: 4 Service: 3

This place is terrible it's been years and they can't seem to figure it out !!! Always missing stuff . Always have to pull over and wait whether busy or not !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It 's fast food, the expectation is already garbage but they are never ready, regardless of time of day. This is an emergency only convenience. Expect to pull over there if you 're in the drive thru and wait a while longer to get half of your order of fries and hour+ old burgers. I haven't had McDonald's in a while and was hungry. There's not much to choose from with a few miles of home. I will no longer do the mobile app. After we did our orders, I immediately got in my car and drove over there and parked in stall number one. McDonald's is only 1.8 miles from my house. My fries were not hot and I wanted extra pickles . I only got two pickles on my crispy chicken sandwich. Also the worker brings out my order and forgets to bring my drink. He did apologize and go back into the restaurant to get my beverage. So next time, I'll go through the drive thru. It will be a while before I go back. I should have gone to Freddy's or Whataburger. Smh
