Lakewood Local - Lees Summit

Lakewood Local is a popular place at the Lees Summit to enjoy working drinks and appetizers during the Happy Hour! $3 domestic beer, $4 well, $5 wine and half off select appetizers. You have aromatized mojitos if beer, wine or simple well do not swim your boat. Make sure you try their chicken nachos? yum! The service was great and the environment is fun and welcoming. There is even a scenery to take photos!

The owner was amazing! I took 3 kids for dinner and his staff was super busy. He jumped in to serve ourselves. He was great with the girls and let them all laugh. He even took the time to help the girl decide what they wanted.. You know how teenage girls are! He made our experience funny, something I didn't expect. As an entrepreneur, I love seeing other business owners jump and help instead sit back and simply delegate. Great experience! It's my new way now!

This is GOLD. The food was excellent and the drinks were strong. Our server, Faith, was amazing and super friendly. Will you go back?

Looks like half the chairs in this place. The prices were on the expensive side. The shrimp tacos were literally like three popcorn shrimps on a tortilla. A bowl with chips and salsa was $5. They had live music outside. I'll go back soon.

Great food! Stopped in for breakfast and had the Works Omelette and a Supreme Breakfast wrap. Really good! I?d give 5 stars if only they offered wheat as an option for the bread. Kendra was our waitress; such a delightful person!
