The staff was average; I wasn’t particularly impressed. However, it wasn’t terrible either. I’d say it was just okay—maybe a smile from the staff would have improved the experience. The food, on the other hand, was quite delicious, and I have no complaints in that regard. My order was exactly what I expected, which is often a pleasant surprise, as many restaurants mess that up. This was my first experience at this restaurant, and if I were in the area again, I would recommend it. The bathrooms appeared clean and comfortable, but a little more cleaning would have made everything perfect.

You should definitely check out Konrad's Kitchen in Lee's Summit for a delicious meal and great drinks. The nachos make for an excellent appetizer to share with your table. On a hot day, the Asian chicken salad is incredibly refreshing! The Downtown Dip Sandwich is also a fan favorite!

I love Konrads, first place we tried in DTLS. Great food. Great drink selection. Live music on weekends. Friendly staff. Good environment

Worst burger I've had in the last 10 years. Both Bison burgers we ordered (medium) came out burnt, dry and falling apart. $13 for a burger that even McDonald's tops, what a waste. Our server couldn't have cared less; no refills, condiments or even napkins. Surprised how bad our experience was given the positive reviews.

April 2022: Inside seating open for business. No masks required. The dining area is decorated nicely. Food is even more delicious delivered directly to the table. It was nice to be able to get out and enjoy a relaxing lunch. Original post: Delicious! We ordered online and picked up at the restaurant. They had curbside pick up available.
