The Roebuck - Leek

I must say, I was disappointed with this restaurant. None of their beers are vegan, and there are very few options on the menu suitable for vegans. We asked them to double check, and found that only the penne pasta, hummus sandwich, and chip buttie were marked as vegan (Ve). We were also under the impression that they had a vegan burger, but unfortunately they informed us that they did not have it. The only vegan items were the chips and bread roll, but without the burger, it was not a satisfying meal option. We ended up having one drink and then decided to go to Weatherspoons instead. If you're willing to pay £11 for a small portion of pasta with tomato sauce, then this restaurant might be for you.

The service was incredibly polite and the beers from Titanic Brewery were fabulous. The Smashed Avocado on bloomer with vegan coleslaw and mayo was delicious. The portions were a bit small and it would be great to see the bread seared in garlic oil before adding the avocado. The vegan brownies for dessert were amazing.

Super polite service and fabulous beer from titanic brewery. smashed avocado on blomer with vegan koleslaw and mayo tasty. a tad on the small side and could really be nice to see the brot in garlic oil before hitting it with the avocado. vegan brownies for pudding were amazing.
