Truly fantastic place, everything about it was of thenhighest standard: the welcome and friendliness of the lady behind the bar, the beer itself, the food was stunning and reasonably priced, and the lady went above and beyond to keep the youngsters in our group interested and involved. What a fantastic little gem! My husband and I visited today for a Sunday roast my husband had the lamb pie and I had the roast pork. It was the best roast I have had in a very long time! Cooked to perfection, all of the accompaniments were delicious and I could not fault a thing. My husbands pie was also incredible, plentiful filling and proper gravy. Beautiful setting, sitting by the fire with great service. Nearby activities: Close to Thors Cave Hotel highlights: Great value
