Mr Pretzels - Leeds

Very rude staff. Didn’t serve me or look at me for ages. Then gave someone else that ordered after me and ordered the same thing first and was rude about it

I went to this restaurant today with my partner. The staff seemed annoyed when they had to interrupt our conversation. There was no customer service, they didn't speak a word to us and just waved the card reader in my face. It was clear that they didn't want to be there, and were rude to us.

I love this place! They have a wide variety of pizzas to choose from, and my favorite is delicious. It's the perfect spot for a quick snack break while shopping. I highly recommend it.

I enjoy the pretzels at this restaurant, but I have had a negative experience with one particular employee who appears to be of Asian descent. Every time I visit, she has a sour expression and acts as if she is doing me a favor by serving me, even though I am the paying customer. This attitude is off-putting and makes me hesitant to return when she is working, as her behavior is both gloomy and rude. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed that the restaurant has hired someone with this demeanor, so I will be taking a break from visiting and will look elsewhere for my treats. Additionally, I have noticed that she often burns the pretzels, which adds to my dissatisfaction.

I visited the store in Trinity Leeds. I was disgusted. This awful woman who I took a picture off gave me the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD and that’s me being nice. As soon as we walked in she gave us evils. She...looked at me and my sister like we was poo on the ground. It’s like she had a personal vendetta against us and we were stealing her oxygen or something. We ordered our food and she over charged us and slammed the receipt on the desk like we was blind or something. She also got our order wrong and tried to say we was lying about it. We asked her to correct it and she replied with “well u need to give me I paid the which I don’t care about but her tone, I can’t even explain. When we sat down to eat she huffed and was disappointed then we were going to be in her presence for a little longer. As you can see in the picture her horrible face that she was pulling at us and that was actually one of her most happiest moments whilst we was in the store. This needs to be looked into and I hope someone gets in touch shortly.
