Lorenzos Pizza - Leeds

This restaurant always impresses me with their delicious pizzas. My favorite is the veggie pizza with a chili base - so yummy! It's a great local pizza shop and the prices are better than most chain restaurants.

We ordered a chicken burger chicken nuggets and a bbq pizza the nuggets were fine but there was a huge long hair in the pizza and the burger didn't arrive a chicken tikka kebab came instead which non of us like they have agreed to send out the burger but deny the hair on pizza came from them where else would it come from really ? Won't order again

Absolute discrace , spoke to us like we’re poo on the bottom of their shoe , wouldn’t reccomend , foods cold too and not nice ...thankyou kind regards.

Ordered pizza had to wait over a hour for then I found a hair I was nearly sick when i saw it when confronted I was refused a refund and spoken to absurdly. Don’t eat here if you want to find hairs on your pizza instead of onions

I placed a telephone order with the owner and was told it would take 50 minutes, but it ended up taking 90 minutes for my order to arrive, and it was missing a bottle of Coke. When I called to inquire about the missing item, I was told it would be sent. However, when the pizzas and chips finally arrived, they were cold. When I called the owner to express my disappointment, I was simply told that it was a busy night and received an insincere apology. I was left feeling frustrated and felt like I had wasted £20. I have been a customer of this shop for 5 years, but I will not be going back due to the owner's poor attitude. I would advise others to avoid this shop and try somewhere else. To the owner, if you happen to read this, I would suggest considering a new career path as your lack of customer service skills leave much to be desired.
