Corner House Cafe - Leeds

The homemade curry at this restaurant is excellent. The service is friendly and welcoming. The only small suggestion I have is to have a slightly larger menu, but overall I have no complaints.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and worth the price. The decor has improved a lot, with entertainment options like books and magazines to read and even a sofa to relax on. The temperature could be a bit higher though, as it's been a bit chilly on all three visits. One downside is the owner, who also acts as the cashier. He always seems like he doesn't want to be there, especially with new customers. However, he is friendlier towards male customers and regulars. Despite his abrupt and sometimes rude behavior, it can be entertaining to see what he'll say next. For example, when my daughter went to pay at the counter, he joked that he didn't care who paid as long as someone did, which topped off his previous quirky comments. In the end, I would still recommend this restaurant for the great food and amusing interactions with the owner.

My partner and I drive from Bramley every day, passing many cafes on the way, to enjoy a full breakfast with extra toast, eggs, and a slice or two of bacon, accompanied by two cups of coffee. My partner opts for sausage, egg, and tomato sandwiches. We both clean our plates each time, even licking them clean. The food is cooked to perfection, and the staff and owners are very kind and always eager to please. I should have written this review earlier, but I'm heading back for another delicious breakfast - it's worth every penny.

We stopped by for breakfast on our way out and had a great experience. My husband enjoyed his bacon, spam, and mushroom sandwich while I had perfectly cooked fried egg on toast. We will definitely be returning, thanks!

Leeds and beyond, this restaurant offers the best breakfast around. The staff, including Mark, Lisa, and Zowie, are exceptional. They are always friendly and serve delicious food. The take-away sandwiches are a standout, always well-prepared.
