They are normally a good place. Today I got two grilled cheese extra pickles. Unfortunately I didn't get a single pickle and I didn't enjoy the sandwiches without them today.
We came in on a Sunday, the place was packed! The lady that took care of is awesome ?! The whole place was alive with energy!!!
Okay, okay...it is The Waffle House. BUT, on CHRISTMAS?!?! YES, YES, and YES!!! Amazing food, because it's The Waffle House. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. And, this was CHRISTMAS morning!! Everyone was in a festive mood and had a great attitude. Literally one of the top three Waffle Houses me and The Wife have been to. If I can go back again I would definitely.
Our server, Austin, was an absolute joy. He was nice and inviting. Made us feel welcome. The food was right on. Delicious and hot. Coffee was also delicious and hot.
