Rays New Haven Style Pizza - LEDYARD

We are not from the area and chose a random place for pizza. This restaurant is great! Karen greeted us and was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We ordered the garlic bread and it had chunks of real garlic, delicious! We asked for a side of marinara and no kidding, it was the best marinara sauce I've ever had! The salad was fresh, cold, and crisp with delicious creamy Italian. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

This wasn't the first time receiving bad service from this place. Call and place a pick up order today, no friendly greeting just a HOLD no thank you for calling please hold and when finally picking back up just a rude hello. At this point we should have known better and checked the food before leaving, got all the way home to find out we got the wrong order yet again. We call back the delivery guy answered who was nice hands the phone back to the rude girl. Instead of offering to have it delivered or anything to try to make up for her mistake just ask if we want to drive back. Like I said before this is not the first time this has happened. They show no appreciation for their guest they make no effort to recover from there mistakes. The girl at the counter has no sense of customer service and this will be the last time we give them our business.

I love a crispy thin crust pizza , this was it for us. service was quick and right on point. owner was walking around checking on customers for comments

First time i ate their pizza was last night, i am used to asylum street pizza in norwich the best your money can find this christo's has a different taste, i don't know if its all some kind of soy based but it just doesn't hit the palate the way most pizza does, even dominos has more of a pizza taste than the pizza i ate last night i'm gonna find out today how it is cold and will get back

Pretty decent food but don't bother calling before 4 pm for a delivery or after 7:15 pm. Their menu claims they deliver until close (9 pm) but they won't take additional delivery orders past 7:15, it seems.
