Guy Fieri's Foxwoods Kitchen - LEDYARD

This was my first time eating here. I was very disappointed. The food did not have any flavor and the service was what I would expect at a chain restaurant.

I had higher hopes for this place but ended up disappointed. The service was fantastic and the staff was knowledgeable when it came to what would be safe for me to eat with my gluten allergy. I got the southwest salad and swapped the grilled chicken for steak (at an extra $10); my salad had 4 extremely thin pieces of steak on it, the corn wasn't roasted or grilled just cut off the cob and tossed on top and the dressing was pretty bland. My husband got the Kobe beef burger which he said was cooked to the proper temp he requested, but the crispy onions were soggy and tasted very stale. He had to ask for new French fries as well because his were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite awhile. It was also strange to me that we were served 3 different types of fries (regular, waffle and steak cut). They aren't super kid friendly; no crayons or pictures to color for the kids to entertain themselves with. I will say the one good piece was the kids loved the Mac Cheese, my husband said whatever cheese blend that's used was really delicious and super creamy. As far as atmosphere goes, they played great music, but the tops of all the walls between tables were covered in a hefty layer of dust. Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free buns and pasta

It was exciting to take my friends here for her Birthday but unfortunately the ASM GABBY made this a horrible experience as long as she’s working there I would not recommend anyone to attend this establishment I feel sorry that Guy has people working for him like this it’s really a ugly look but our waiter Sergio was awesome thanks a lot Sergio.

Lively bar and restaurant. Food order mix-up took away from visit.
