Contribuiți la feedbackFor a late afternoon brew and meal. The service was fair. I order her Stir Fri with chickens and noodles. Meals arrived immediately, but after eating about a third of the meal I noticed that there is no meat in the dish. A part of the...problem that is not noticed earlier is the swan that prepares the food and serves the customer. Sauce is placed in the bottom of the bowl and noodles are added with vegetables and on the head. I used the included paprika to mix the noodles and sauce, and did not know about the lack of chicken. I told our server that didn't offer much in response, except to say, I wanted to replace it. No excuses or concerns expressed. At that time my spouse had consumed a good part of their meal and I did not want to wait for a new record. Then she was moved somewhere else in the facility because we didn't see her afterwards. I brought it back to a server that deleted some of our records, but got a little answer again. When I called after my tab, the server expressed concern and said they had reduced our bill. When I came out, I saw the reduction, and it was a whole $4.00. The Canadian Brewing Company will not see my business again.
Customer service at the Canadian Brewhouse (Leduc) is completely C R A P! For the second time, we wanted to eat there. For the first time we left after we waited for our food for over an hour. Our drinks didn't even come. Then tonight... our attempt to give The Canadian Brewhouse (Leduc) a second chance. We ordered online for pickup and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We go, come to the 30-minute mark and after an additional 40-minute we have a refund. Make yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute joke.
As hockey fan and Edmonton Oilers fan, I loved the sport and the whole Canadian theme. The staff was friendly and attentive. Good mix of family and bar seating, would like to see a game here, but only to visit from the city. Huge beer selection....Wide selection of menu options and all reasonable prices. Burger and Yorkshire courts were amazing. 5 adults for lunch and a few beers were $180 with lace. Great service to secure the food.
Family dinner and disappointed with appetizers and meals. Everything was excessively salty, chicken parmigiana was cold and large lumps of cheese in pasta. Perogy Pizza was very salty, pizza had very thin crust and was not very tasteful or filling. Buffalo chicken appetizer was... very cheerful and plentiful, but also very salty. The service was moderate, as the drinks were not refilled or forgotten after they had been reordered and one of our 5 party had to wait significantly longer than the rest for its meal. Server was pleasant, but kept her breasts in her too tiny tip next to my 12-year-old grandson, I hope she bought a larger top with the tip that we left.
I don't usually write reviews, but I have to give a special mention to our server Lindsey. She was the perfect host and made our Friday night dinner amazing!
