Starbucks - Leduc

Great/friendly baristas, but it took nearly 15 minutes for two lattes :

The drinks are made well and staff friendly, it their fulfilment time is VERY slow and they don’t seem motivated to get the product out quickly.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, first they got my drink wrong in the drive through along with the size (got a grande was supposed to be vente) so I have to walk into the store to get a new one because they also got the drink wrong, and then they give me my new drink, still wrong, worse than the first one. Oh and don’t forget the breakfast sandwich that was all over the place in the bag, just absolutely no care in the world. Thanks for making my day even worse than it was.

Line up was slow and long wait. I asked for an oat milk chai frappe with no whipped topping and found they had used soy milk without consulting me. No allergies to soy however it really could have been a nasty surprise if I had been.Dietary restrictions: Staff don't seem to pay much attention.

We went through the drive through and we had amazing service and beverages. Our cashier even went out of her way to chat with our 3 year old son. We will definitely be back when in the area again!
