Marble Slab Creamery - Leduc

I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant, but the ice cream doesn't taste the same anymore. It seems to be freezer burnt. They no longer have frozen yogurt, and the place is never clean.

We had a gender reveal cake made at this restaurant, and the young lady assisting me was very kind and helpful. The cake surpassed my expectations and tasted amazing. Thank you very much!

Wonky, misshapen Cones full of holes. Very messy and tastless

In store tonight we ordered two of their creation options. Both made incorrectly wrong ice cream and wrong toppings….neither tasted great either. The lady didn’t apologize or offer redo. Not impressed with lack of knowledge or customer service

I was just in there and I saw a mouse climbing in and out of the waffle cones. I notified the worker of this and was told the owner would be at the store shortly, nothing was done immediately and ice cream was still being served afterwards.
