The staff was condescending, and it was noticeable that they were speaking negatively about customers in their own language.
I've been visiting this place for years, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. On November 16th at around 5:00 PM, I went in to return a wall charger. I had my receipt and the charger, which was basically unused. The women at the counter seemed determined to delay the process. They asked me for the date, even though it was clearly printed on the receipt, and claimed they needed to wait for a manager—whose hours were quite inconvenient. One of the women completely ignored me while the other was mumbling something under her mask, and since I'm hard of hearing, I couldn't catch what she was saying. The odd part is that I've known these ladies for years. After hanging around for 10-15 minutes, holding up the line, they finally processed my return and gave me my money back. Thanks for my $10.
I’ve encountered an issue twice at pump number 2. After paying at the pump, when I select RegularClean, it dispenses SuperClean instead and charges me an additional 20 cents per liter. When I asked the staff at the store about this, they seemed completely clueless about how to resolve it. This feels like a corporate scam against hardworking people. There should be clear answers or solutions in situations like this, especially since we all know how expensive gas has become. If this issue isn’t addressed, I might have to switch to the Co-op Gas Station across the street. I'm really disappointed.
