Poor service as always I asked for full chicken made it clear that they should not cut it, I only recieved for 4 quarters. When i asked why the reply was they don't have full chicken packaging i understood and went home. I was only given 1 fresh quarter chicken the rest of the other quaters where blackish with peeling skin. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

Good day, I called in to make an order it was not registered, came to collect was told to make a new order it's been 40 minutes and I am still waiting. This is my second bad experience ka this outlet.

Been sitting for 30 minutes waiting for my food they serve Somalians who were before me

I was not happy with the service,the chicken was not easy to chew,the salad was very bad ,the whole meal was not ideal,i wouldn't recommend.

I have been trying to call the branch for the past 2 hours and there was no answer. Tried customer care and they were unable to help. I don’t understand how customer care is unable to contact the branch to find out the reason they are unable to answer calls for 2 hours. They simply told me to keep trying the line and that they is nothing they can do about it. This is absurd. Customer care couldn’t care for the client. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch
