Subway - Lebanon

The Subway restaurant falsely advertised a "Free Sub" deal nationwide, but when we tried to redeem it, we were told that this particular location was not participating. It was a clear case of false advertising.

The parking situation is strange at this restaurant. Customers tend to park wherever they please rather than in designated spots. The two employees working there appeared tired and unenthusiastic.

Tonight, the gentleman who made our sandwiches was fantastic. My son had never tried chipotle sauce before, so he kindly gave him a sample in a container to taste. Thank you so much, it's the small gestures that make a difference! The food was also excellent and really hit the spot.

I don't know the kids name but whoever was working on July 3 at 6 pm knows how to make a great sandwich and also gives great customer service honestly the best experience I have ever had in a subway

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly. They always remember my order and work quickly, even during busy times. The wait time in line is minimal. I would highly recommend this place, 5 out of 5 stars.
