Steak 'n Shake - Lebanon

It's been a while since I've been to Steak and Shake, never been to one that was automated with nothing but cooks and 1 person putting out the food. Could have used some instructions somewhere about how to use the soda machine. Lacked the human touch that I'm used to there. Definitely a little jarring, especially when they asked for a tip. Like, you don't have ANY wait staff, why the hell would I tip. I don't tip the guy working the drive through at McDonalds, why would I tip for basically the same thing indoors?

Difficult to order. Must use the self order kiosk, no no salt option, not very user friendly. No cashier or waitress option. Self serve all the way and the kiosk still asks for a tip. Have to use QR code to access drink dispenser. Not very busy at the height of lunch.

Lousy restaurant!Can NOT ORDER OR PAY with a person.Only computer ordering!!!!!!Bad experience all around with LAZYemployees and a filthy restaurant!
