Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered the 16 piece buffalo wings from Papa John 's last night through door dash, and my order was short. The entire cost of my wings including the delivery fees came up to 29.45. I only received 13 of those wings. So I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a female night manager on duty. I introduced myself to her, and explained that my order was short. She new exactly what order I had mentioned and in response, she said that the 13 wings was all they had left but filled my order anyway. No alternative was suggested before the delivery, nothing. So I asked the M.O.D how can we fix the issue with my order, and her reply was You need to take it to door dash to fix it . Her delivery in her tone was unprofessional, rude and she did not care about the fact that I got pretty much ripped off as long as the restaurant made profit. On top of that the wings did not have any sauce on it just a couple of sprinkles on the bottom of the box. This experience was the worst. These restaurants hire anybody off the streets with no customer service skills or professionalism, just an extra body. Just absolutely sad. I will never order from them again!

Ordered a pizza last night and arrived right as the app told me it was finished. When I walked inside I was met with complete chaos. Apparently their system had gone down. I work in IT so I understand this happens. However, the main issue is that my order was given to a gentleman who had arrived before me. As I was waiting my turn to approach the register and older man approached and he gave his name. There seemed to be confusion on where his order was, and they said they 're having issues with their system. I heard one of the workers ask him if his name was David and that it was for two large cheese pizzas. He said it wasn 't his order, but he 'd take it as he had been waiting and just wanted to leave. Next thing I know he 's handed 4 boxes and out the door he goes. After 2 more people I approach, give them my name and they tell me my order isn 't done yet and will take about 20-25min. I already waited 35min for my order so I told them to cancel it. This was a reminder why I had stopped coming to this specific shop as this wasn 't the first time they screwed up. I was pressed for time and needed to be somewhere, so I ended up ordering delivery from Dominos which cost me an extra $23 than my order from here due to delivery charges and tip. And you want to know the real kicker? Papa Johns messed up big time and offered no sort of compensation in the form of a free pizza or points towards my account, but Dominos after delivering my pizza sent me an email saying they had failed to meet their expectations with the delivery time and essentially gave me enough free points for a large pizza. Do better.

First time getting a pizza from Papa Johns in over a couple years, the Crust really changed and would have to say a frozen tombstone is better. Crust is absolutely horrible. They seriously need to go back to the original crust.
