I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken, mild tomato, sour cream, cheese, guac, and lettuce. However, my bowl did not have any cheese or lettuce, and I was given white rice instead of brown. This has happened before, and it was disappointing.

I’ve noticed that every time I order from this restaurant via DoorDash, they seem to forget something. This time, my bowl was missing the salsa I requested, and so was my burrito. Additionally, the bowl was way too spicy for my taste.

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. Every single time I order from here, something goes wrong. I paid $22 for a steak bowl and received less than a quarter of the food I expected. They also didn’t include any of the vegetables I requested.

I missed an entire meal, and the meal I did receive was only half full. I used to order from here frequently, but after this experience, I won't be coming back.
