Bonanza Steakhouse - Lebanon

I have the Porterhouse and the buffet. It was pretty amazing. The steak was cooked properly. Needed something A1, but very delicate and juicy. The buffet was also very good. The service was amazing I don't think I saw that one of the waiters stop longer than a few seconds. If they did not help the customer, they store the food if they did not, either they were cleaning. Very impressed and will be back. Just want to try the buffet the next time, more things on it!

Great service. Bar had many choices of meat, side vegetables and salad bar. Then many desserts to choose from. We added a meat and we took some home. The waitress stayed with us for refills without asking and removing our plates so that we could get more. She was great. Would recommend everyone.

The food was excellent, the staff was friendly. Buffet was well filled and fresh with a good selection of dishes. At $50 for three people it was a bit expensive, but I think it's worth it. The restaurant left something to wish, in the way of cleanliness, but they seemed short staff so I could not hold it against them. That was my first visit, and I can definitely see myself again.

Very small buffet, but the food that was on it is good. You have the opportunity to order made to order steaks, chicken and more at an up charge. The last time I went I got chicken and sirloin and the steak was tender, but not quite well done like requested. The chicken was okay but not really my taste.
