King House - Leavenworth

King house what's going on? New owner? New manager? New cook? This is the second time in a row the quality that we were accustomed to is not there. Typically the food gets to my house hot. The last two times barely warm. Chicken Fried Rice is not the same. Time to change the oil the egg rolls are cooked in. I have always recommended this place when asked who can deliver on post but after the last two orders I am not sure I can continue to do so. Whatever you changed is not working.

Dirty interior. I ordered food with spring rolls and they refused to give me sweet and sour sauce. I offered to pay (I’d already paid for my food) but all I had was a card and they wouldn’t let me pay for it. It was a 55 cent sauce- what horrible service.

Love getting long DARK hair in the food we ordered (our hair is blonde) and when returned the food WE are accused and they said it cannot be their hair (dark brown/black). Prior, called them and immediately returned it. But received a call back for no reason after the refund and are “no longer allowed to eat there” because it wasn’t “their hair”. We aren’t “Karen’s” but gladly don’t want to eat hair in our food from a restaurant that cannot own up to a simple mistake.

I’ve ate at this place a dozen times. Normally it’s pretty decent and a fair price. This time I got a LONG black hair in my food (couldn’t be mine, I’m blonde with short hair . Asked for a refund and they gave it to me. Then they called me back for no real reason saying the hair couldn’t be theirs because it’s black and they all have “brown” (like the 2 aren’t close… . Then proceeded to say I was no longer allowed to order from there. Note: I was respectful as possible, so no Karen situation, just don’t want to eat hair.

Best Chinese in Leavenworth. Always fresh and piping hot. Cashew chicken and lo mein are our favorites. Ooooh and the egg drop soup is the best!!!
