Sonic Drive-in - Leander

Ordered a small chocolate sundae. It was half melted. Mgr said that 's how it comes out of the machine, but it won 't hurt me to eat it. I told her that ice cream is usually cold, firm and swirly on top. She said the machine is old. I told her that, so am I, but if something breaks, I get it fixed! It 's only early April in Texas!

I have been coming once a week with my dog as a treat for the both of us. Today the food was disgusting. Microwaved everything. I asked for the burger a certain way and they reassembled another burger that already had mayo on it. Really let down this week and will not come back. I don't want to escalate anything or a refund; I just want other people to know my experience so they won't waste their time.

Used to avoid this location at all costs. Now it is my go to. They must have restaffed or sold to another franchise because the difference is like night and day.

So good! Nothing was wrong and the staff were so nice. Keep the good work going!

From my visits here the staff are extremely friendly and my order comes out probably the fastest compared to all the other Sonics I've been to.
