Super grateful for this place. My husband and I wanted to make tonkatsu ramen but didn't want to drive to the Asian market to get supplies. I called to ask if they carried pork belly, the girl who answered the phone was very nice and cheerful as well as helpful. When I got there she showed me where it was, they also gave me instructions on how to thaw it quickly (since I wanted to use it that day) AND gave me some butchers twine to save me a trip to the store. I was accidentally given beef belly instead of pork and did not notice until I got home. I called and they let me come in and exchange it for the proper one, they also gave me change back for the difference in price (I was not expecting that as I was just grateful they let me exchange it). I highly recommend this place, the service is amazing and so is the quality of their products.

We ordered our Turkey and sides from Stone Cold Meats. Ordering online was simple- it was easier to complete the form on a computer as opposed to a phone. Pick up was efficiently run and super easy!Reheating instructions were given for all food so preparations on Thanksgiving day were super easy. The quality and taste of the food was AMAZING! The Turkey had great flavor! The gravy was some of the best gravy I ever had! Overall it was a wonderful meal and made hosting Thanksgiving way less stressful!

I have been twice. Everyone is very helpful. Love the quality of meat. Such a variety. I will keep going.

Wanted to order some beef hearts for my dogs but the prices that this particular market has at this store are three times the price of competitors I usually buy from about 15 pounds is why I normally bring home which cost me about 30 bucks and they are charging 4.99 at stone cold price gouging that it’s finest, 2 1/2 times the price is saying something for sure be realistic people
