Starbucks - League City

I only experience excellent customer service and well-made drinks when Keandrea and Victoria are on shift. Unfortunately, Grechen is often rude or preoccupied with her phone, making me feel like an inconvenience during our interactions, which reflects in the quality of my drinks.

I shop at the Krogers where this Starbucks is located. I often buy gift cards from Starbucks. I buy $10 card. Starbucks does not offer a $10 card via the gift card display in Krogers. Every time I attempt to pruchase a gift card I find that I have to wait a long time. It appears to me that the Starbuck personnel are busy doing other things. I went to this Starbucks to purchas a gift card. There were two people in front of me. The two people received service then the Starbuck employee walked off. From the time I started keeping time on my watch, I was there over 20 minutes. I had to leave because I had ice cream in my cart. I returned the next day at 8:15 pm. I thought they were open until 9 pm, but all the lights were off and they looked closed.

Took my little sister to get starbucks and the person at the front (i think stella? was so nice and helpful and every time i’ve been there she was so sweet to my sister she deserves a raise!

They only have 1 person working and she’s too busy to greet you when you approach the counter. Instead, she immediately told me it’s gonna be a few min, which is never a good sign. Also, when I first got here, all the lights were out, which made me think that it was closed for the day. Sometimes I think folks do that deliberately for that very reason.
