Marco's Pizza - League City

The pizza was outstanding! I'm giving it 4 stars solely due to the $4.25 delivery fee, which doesn't go to the driver. I've never come across a delivery fee that doesn't at least partially benefit the driver.

The pepperoni calzone was fantastic—I just wish I had an extra marinara sauce to accompany it. I ended up buying an additional one for a dollar. No big deal, though; if you're feeling hungry, you can get the calzone along with two extra marinara sauces for just $10, and it will definitely satisfy your appetite!

Last month, we placed an order that took an unusually long time to arrive. When I called to inquire about it, I was told it was on the way, yet the pizza still didn’t show up. After calling again, I learned that their oven had broken; our order was ready, but an employee mistakenly thought it was canceled and had thrown it away. I decided to give them another chance this week, but unfortunately, the soda was served warm, the pizza bowl was missing its cheese sauce, and it wasn't even half full. We also didn't receive the garlic dipping sauce or the cheese crust topping. I filled out a complaint form and sent it to corporate, and in response, I received a generic email stating that their cooler was broken, which explained the warm soda, and that the cheese sauce is no longer on the menu. The general manager assured me that they had addressed these issues with the staff and asked if I would be willing to give them another chance, apologizing for the experience. However, there was no offer of coupons or any form of compensation. Both my husband and I feel that the quality and service have significantly declined. We usually overtip, understanding the challenges in the industry, but we are genuinely disappointed with the lack of quality and the response to our concerns.

The app offers lots of deals and discounts, making it cheaper than other pizza places. We always get to keto friendly pizza topping bowls, never tried their crust so I can't comment on that

Only giving 1 star cause I have no choice! Terrible location, terrible management! Took for ever to get our 2 large pizzas! Ate them and taste sorta ok. Realized there were 2 big roaches after we ate our food! Restroom was also dirty! First and last time to ever eat at Marcos Pizza! Really bad experience!
