Buchi Cafe Cubano - Leadville

I broke into lunch. had a chicken with chimichurri sauce. the empanada was made fresh and tasty. I also ordered rice and [black] beans, which were beautifully spiced. the melting mouthflon was perfection. friendly, young staff who run in front of the house. comfortable, camping interieur with an outside terrace.

Delicious sandwiches, really good margaritas (not traditional but fresh pressed juices safe.) ask for a side of spicy green chimichurri. Yeah, they're a bucket, they're not fucking three. one to shoot from two to dive.

The buchi cafe cubano is an incredible restaurant with phenomenal service and delicious Cuban food, coffee and drinks. the workers are proud of the service they offer. the Cuban expresso was some of the best I ever tasted. the wrench cake was amazing and the flan is infused with the Cuban expresso taste. I would recommend this place very to my friends and family. when I'm back in the opposite, I'm back in definitiw.

Excellent Cuban experience at 10k. this jewel found in leadville and was very happy to have stopped here. had the Cuban mixture that is her Cuban sandwich. that was one of the best Cuban sandwiches I ever had. the coffee was also perfect. I had the book, traditional Cuban coffee, was great,

I frequently order cuban sandwiches and the Aye Conyo is spectacular, a true Cuban sandwich. The coffee is great as well. I ordered the Cortadito. Carson our sever/bartender was phenomenal. Service was great. I always try to stop here whenever I am in Colorado. Definitely worth the trip. We made an appointment at Melanzana and chilled at Buchi for Brunch. They also have a made in house **** Mary mix that is top tier. They knock it out of the park every time. 10/10 definitely recommend.
