Sushi Fish - Le Tholonet

Aix isn't short of sushi restaurants - nor is anywhere these days. I love sushi and I have tried most of the places in Aix. But today I found this little gem. This newcomer has the friendliest service and some of the best sushi and sashimi I have eaten outside Japan. There were no disappointments and their dragon rolls were a major reason to return. Add in the friendliest service and a choice of decent rosé made it a great destination for an impromptu meal and I will be back. Or maybe get them to deliver. Highly recommended!
