Hôtel Le Puy Ferrand 3 étoiles Mont Dore

Hello, With my cousin we stayed at the hotel Le Puy Ferrand in Mont-Dore in the night of 10-11 October 2022. This hotel has different logos: Logis Quality tourism Therm hotel and others. For us, it was obvious that an establishment that displays these logos and a 4* rating on Google was an amazing choice, mistake! I have some photos to testify to some negligence and some more hygienic failures for a hotel 3* to 130€ per night... Façades and exteriors of the hotel unmaintained, pillows stained, blankets torn, joint with shower mold and dirty, bathtub stained with a simple rubber to butcher the evacuation, deplorable toilet tray, dry towel too dirty So Google rating is reliable or not? We wonder...

We spent an excellent night, very good bed linen, a quiet hotel. A nice restaurant and a tasteful cuisine, I recommend.

Very good address, friendly welcome and map that leaves a varied choice! That's the second time we're going there and as we say: never two without three!

Comfortable hotel, typical mountain. Ultraspacious room, comfort, relaxation area, breakfast, very friendly and pleasant staff. Wonderbox experience. I highly recommend. Good courage all for the winter season
