This was our favourite restaurant from our week in Monetier. We had the Discovery Menu (Euro43) and every course was spectacular. There is great attention to detail, not just in the food, but also the beautiful decor, crockery, and great music play list. We loved it.

We are regular visitors to Le Monetier so have tried lots of the restaurants here. We decided to try Ame having read the reviews (new restaurant) and all we can so is this is a brilliant restaurant. The choice was limited as the restaurant was about to close for the season, but the menu offered was perfect for both my husband (a picky eater) and myself. All dishes were perfectly cooked and flavourful, the wine was excellent and the service impeccable. We'll definitely be returning in the ski season. As far as Covid precautions, all were met and the tables are spaced nicely apart. So glad we tried this restaurant.

Very refined and sought-after dishes. a very appreciable quality of work. the quantities appear low in the plate but in your restaurant you come to it instead for the quality of the se that you eat. So thank you for your work, a very nice discovery.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end: friendly reception and impeccable service. plates and dishes are sought, as beautiful to taste. this small restaurant away from the station really deserves to be known. A thousand rovos to the leader and his team. We'll be back with pleasure.
