Belle Vue - Le Lavandou

I was in this restaurant several times, because of the beautiful view. but every time I was very disappointed about the service. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We were to be family last night. one of the waitresses was the worst thing I've ever seen. she was rude to serve us through our ancestors. when our main thing came, but mine without the pfeffer sauce my French speaks about. in the order, he asked politely the next waiter about it. the waiter kindly explained that it was not served with pfeffersoße. that was no problem at all. then the orgional waiters interrupted our dinner and began to argue with my partner. it was a Wdf moment, as I had never seen. my starter was disgusting, my steak was cooked over without much taste. the overall experience was unpleasant and I would recommend spending their only other where. the dessert of the chocolate lover was really good. but then I was ready to go.

Restaurants are located at the main bend of the road on bormes village, offers a beautiful view over the valley (and the traffic), decent coffee. part: very expensive, rude waiter, tables too close to each other.

Great. secret service. 7:30 watch for a few cocktails to celebrate our wedding anniversary. 15 minutes later waiter confirmed our anesthesia and took order. Bar reception shows it took 24 minutes to make the drinks. Half an hour later 8:40 decided on second drinks. waiter. Nowhere to see. 9:10 And he went to bar to pay empty tables. that is when the waiter appeared and took money without apologising or even “have they a nice evening?” each surprise we did not leave a tipp.

Was visiting this restaurant with my partner for a short much needed break away. We left so sorely disappointed and it ruined our night. It took so long for our food to arrive we where waiting one hour before each course. When the food actually...arrived the starter was very substandard, but the main actually made me want to vomit looking at it. I ordered the fish of the day which came with I think was supposed to be risotto but looked more like an off rice pudding or something my baby would bring up, the dish was absolutely swimming in oil that I could have actually drank the fish! When we complained to the manager and asked if we could change it as I hadn’t eaten anything, his reply was fine but I would have to pay for it! Never in my life have I written a review on a restaurant but as our night was totally ruined by such a poor service and long waiting time I really would not want anybody to endure this from such an arrogant and rude manager!
