Le Jardin - Le Havre

Excellent pizza! Went here on a Thursday night with a friend, and after learning about the restaurant on Normandie Resto, I figured I 'd check it out! The exterior and decor are beautiful, and when it gets warmer, I hope to go and sit on the terrace which looked absolutely lovely. I really appreciated the number of vegetarian options, and they had several vegetarian dishes in each category on the menu. I ordered the quattro fromaggi pizza, my friend ordered the jardin pizza. As soon as we were seated, we were brought a serving of zucchini chips and an herbed ricotta dip. This was very, very good. My friend doesn 't speak French, but that wasn 't a problem because there were servers who could speak English with her. Super friendly, jovial service, the waiter was constantly chatting and joking with us. Pizza was served quickly, and was hot and fresh. The cheese on my pizza was very flavorful and clearly quite high quality, which I appreciated, and there was a perfect neapolitan crust. Tomato sauce tasted fresh and homemade. My friend 's pizza was beautiful, and she seemed to enjoy it. Perfect food for the end of a cold fall day! So happy to find such a gem in Le Havre.
