La Fourmi Rouge - Le Faouët

Delicious and hearty tarts, very friendly reception of the owners, small garden with very original flowers. Merite really the detour.

Not knowing so much where to eat Sunday, August 14th at night, I launched a small search on Google. Asked by the good notes of this establishment I wanted to check that I was eating well. No chichis here. We do simple, and efficient. First positive point, the boss answered me on the phone and reserved my table. Then, once on the spot, I found what to park next to me. And then, the place is spacious, well ventilated. The decor is minimal modern... A portrait of Marylin by Andy Wharol immediately puts you in the mood... Here we have taste. The wooden tables are well spaced and welcoming. The very simple dishes are tasty bruschetta, generous with salad. At the pump, classic but good Stella beer, and organic Morganne local beer. I didn’t ask if they had bottle beers But they have cider! So no bad surprises, on the contrary! A very good experience. They have a good formula. 9-10 euros the dish. The cook (and associate? So it doesn't cool down on the flat pass! I did not test the garden that is fitted with pretty vivac plants and several tables. As for the inside, the room itself is TRÈS clean and maintained. Happy service, the boss takes time to discuss Actually, he's funny. Shark as we know to be around here... Hector the dog is a little more negligible, he may come to say hello although he is not allowed to go to the room. On the other hand, all other dogs are welcome. It is therefore a very nice place to know and to advise that will satisfy you alone or with friends. The meal was over, I didn't take any dessert that seemed hearty. I got close to the bar where the boss offered me an excellent rum because I couldn't decide on the rest of the alcohols (very classic card). He opened a bottle of rum and served me a 4cl while telling me how to taste it. 4 cl is not tasting it is true a drink it! A generous and tasty dish, a few beers... We're in the ant! I don't know if they're partying, privatizing or such events, but I like the idea and the place. They've been there for 18 years so they know exactly what they're doing! It's an address to know.

There are places that welcome you with simplicity but that leave you a sweet memory. Apart from the quality of the dinner, it is the atmosphere that makes La Fourmi Rouge a place not to miss if you pass by Le Faouët.
