The kitchen setup appears to be quite basic, consisting of a toaster oven, mini fridge, and a counter, which is acceptable. However, what I witnessed was concerning. One of the bartenders took someone else's order out of the toaster oven and then grabbed the toast off the tray with her bare hands before serving it. After clearing another table, she returned to the counter without washing her hands and picked up our toast from the oven the same way.
