Creperie L Abreuvoir - Le Bugue

We ate here as a family. 5 adults and 4 children. We were seated on the first floor. The food, as usual was first class, and service second to none. Booking is essential here, especially in high season. Will definitely visit again next year.

Very busy creperie, tucked away down a side street, full of charm. We arrived early before 12 to ensure a table, having been turned away the day before as was full. Sat outside on the terrace. Excellent service, friendly and attentive. Delicious food, salad was huge and very tasty. Children had sweet pancakes which were large served with ice cream and lots of sauce. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, advise to book a table or arrive early.

Service with a smile (very important) and a wide choice of galette/crepes sourced locally. We have been twice over the last month. We tried different galettes, always freshly prepared and delicious. The price is reasonable. The place is small ish so would advice booking to avoid disappointment. Be prepared to relax, there is only one front-of-house but that did not matter to us, especially as she was friendly and relaxed with our attempted French. Very friendly staff, we had to Wait 15 minutes but it was worth it! Excellent crepes, excellent espresso and excellent priced and served with a smile!

We came to this restaurant with closed eyes (having seen the good notes given on this site itself) and well it is a big disappointment, fade crêpe, well garnished but without any flavor. to see the opinions we had to fall at the wrong time at our greatest confusion. the frame is however pretty, and the staff is rather pleasant.
