Wingstop - Layton

Extremely good service at 12 on a Monday, cashier was extremely friendly, service was fast because we appeared to be only customers.

Ordered a 8 wing combo flavored mild and lemon pepper when I got home the lemon pepper was good but the other flavor was not mild. When I called to let them know of the mistake to get it replaced was told it was mild and I had to clarify that I indeed ordered the mild flavor 2 days ago so I would know what mild taste like. The manager didn't even try to make things right and it would be the last time I order from this location.

This wingstop is great! Awsome wings, killer fries and a great price. The staff is what sets them apart also. They are always fantastic. One of our favorite places.

Carter is the most amazing manager. He takes customer service to a new level and puts the EXTRA in the ordinary. I have had amazing experiences with customer service but his was hands down the BEST customer service experience I’ve literally ever had. He is valuable. There was an accidental switch with our food and he took it upon himself to correct it before we realized. You can tell he does his best to solve issues before they start. Fire prevention rather than wait for a fire to start. (Not that we would have lost our minds either though like crazy people lol) As a manager I would just die to have someone like him working for me. Watch out Wingstop because I just might try to take him lol ?

Was helped tonight by Michael who had great customer service and patience!! Wings sell themselves, but it's experiences like this Michael provided tonight, that will bring me back. Great job!!
